Nous nous concentrerons ensuite sur des exemples s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s qui mettent en \u00e9vidence des aspects sp\u00e9cifiques de l&#8217;auto-assemblage cellulaire et de la m\u00e9canotransduction en 3 dimensions. Les d\u00e9veloppements technologiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 d&#8217;imagerie des sph\u00e9ro\u00efdes dans un format \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit seront rapport\u00e9s. Il est ensuite pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la biophysique en tant que boursier postdoctoral \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de la Colombie-Britannique (conseiller : Evan A. Evans). Le Dr Nassoy a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 chercheur junior CNRS \u00e0 l&#8217;Institut Curie (Paris) en 1999. Ses recherches ont port\u00e9 sur la physique des membranes et la m\u00e9canique cellulaire. En 2012, il s&#8217;installe \u00e0 Bordeaux pour cr\u00e9er le laboratoire BioImagerie et Optofluidique (http:\/\/biof-lab.org\/ ) \u00e0 l&#8217;Institut d&#8217;Optique et r\u00e9oriente son activit\u00e9 de recherche vers l&#8217;oncophysique et l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie tissulaire. En 2018, il co-fonde Treefrog Therapeutics https:\/\/treefrog.fr\/ ), une startup d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la production de cellules pluripotentes humaines induites et \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.
